HELLO FROM INDIA

I have internet! I was a bit bored so I decided to do a spot of blogging. How are you all? I have a wishlist coming soon because I dropped by ASOS and fell in love with the rings on their website (yes the ring obsession continues). Also after reading Kavita's post I HAVE to drop by Matalan when I get home. The skull ring has got me reeling, MUST BUY.
My friend is going mad back in England as she's still trying to grab Take That tickets. There's something about TT that I love. They're just so cute and their music is just amazing. Gary Barlow's voice always leaves me speechless and their lyrics are always spot on! I hope she gets tickets because I am seriously excited now. HAHA.

Well that's it. I'll be coming home on Sunday. I'll probably blog on Monday or Tuesday if I have time! Until then!

007: la semaine

(my sister's hands)

001: If you live in England: make sure you go visit Cambridge. It's so beautiful and cosy, and I loved listening to all the history of the city. I wish we could've spent a better day there but my parents really wanted to leave to buy some stuff from East Ham >__<... so annoying.

002: I bought an AMAZING ring today from River Island. It's picture above and it's covered in rhinestones and looks like a suit of armour for your finger. I also majorly love the necklace, the rock is stunning in person. They were both only £4 each so everyone go and get one. I also saw this amazing ring of two wings but they didn't have my size :'(

003: This whole week was spent doing UCAS. I've decided i'm definately applying but I need to find unis, make my personal statement better and revise to prove to my teachers I should be predicted higher.... -_- sigh...

004: Going to India tomorrow so I won't blog for 2 weeks :( I didn't plan ahead and do some queued posts, sorrrryyy! I'm thinking this holiday will be me taking lots of pictures, reading, studying and watching tv. Studying was only added this year usually I sit holed up reading Harry Potter in India. I'm a lazy gal...

Take care everyone!

Stone

Waistcoat: Primark, Tshirt: Primark, Jeans, H&M, Ring: Primark, Brogues: Primark, Hair Bow: Primark

A lot of Primark loving! I saw this waistcoat hanging in the store and snapped it up immediately. I think it's so pretty! It also looks great just hanging loose, which is probably how I'll wear it to school. The colour is a beautiful soft nude. Be warned the sizing is very strange, that's a size 8 and still fit me when I'm a size 12/14. I also LOVE the shoes. I was going to go and buy the ones from River Island for £26.99 but I saw these for £12 and grabbed them. I love the little lace detailing! It really pulls Primark apart from the other stores. Be quick though these were the last pair on the shelf. OH AND how cute is the ring and bow? Major love for those.

So Cambridge was AMAZING. It's beautiful and Anglia Ruskin was really nice. It pushed me to apply for optometry this year JUST IN CASE I get it. Just in case. So now I'm in a puddle of stress :'(
Anyway Cambridge. It's beautiful. I am so jealous of Cambridge Uni students, their colleges are GORGEOUS. I fell in love with the old buildings, they are stunning. But the funniest thing of all was how many bicycles there were. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE. There was a site where people had parked THOUSANDS of them. Made me laugh a bit haha...
Wish me luck guys that the Uni will feel sorry and give me an offer. All fingers crossed for me please?

Ok I have a maths test on Tues and I NEED TO REVISE. I'm finding it so hard. AGGH maths. Hopefully I'll get a good grade so I'll be predicted higher.
Take care guys <3 La semaine will be up wednesday! I'll post Cambridge pics then

CANON 1000D

FINALLY. I got a DSLR. I am so hippy happy. My dad got it from Argos who apparantly have this offer where if you spen over £295 you can pay with your Argos card and only have to pay 9 months later. Pretty cool! ANYWAY I finally got to play with it and ashjkhasjkfhsjakd I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I have no idea how I took pictures without it. Anyone else have this particular camera?
Cardi: H&M, Top: New Look, Belt: Charity Shop, Scarf: H&M, Jeans: Primark, Ring: River Island, Wedges: Dorothy Perkins
I am so in love with it, it's unbelievable. I'm going to Cambridge tomorrow for an Open Day over at Anglia Ruskin University. I can't wait to see Cambridge, it's a place I've always wanted to visit! I also can't wait to take pictures over there, and of course in India. I hope I can FINALLY buy boots tomorrow. They are much needed! I'm preferring wearing leggings over tights because they're warmer but I hate the look of leggings with flats (even though I wore that a LOT in summer) and can only wear them with boots and knee high socks for some reason. [picky much...]
My next post will probably be another outfit or maybe a wishlist because I have quite a few things I want on my list. Hmmm...ok I will go and leave you with some photos:

Ciate Paint Pot in Dangerous Affair (free from Marie Claire), drawing of some jewellery designs I did and two necklaces I made!

What do you guys think of the necklaces? They're certainly eyecatching and I've been getting a lot of comments on them. I used to make doughnuts with clay SO MUCH that when I was drooling over the Mr Kate Love Loop necklace my sister snorted and said it looked like my clay doughnuts I used to make. It suddenly inspired me to get out the clay and make these again. Anyone like them?

OK until next time..... ;)

006: la semaine

01: School has swamped me. I am working hard on my current studies but I'm finding it really difficult to to squeeze in last years work for my resits! If anyones good at timetables then please offer to make me one. I'M DYING.

02: I've been so swamped with school that to relax I've been drawing. I drew the shoes above there, obviously some are ones I found online and LOVED like the top left corner one that I posted on my tumblr (don't know the brand, anyone know?!), and the Miu Miu's, the chanel's and the jeffrey campbells (can't find exact pic! so different colour). The rest were just doodles and glitter thrown on the page. I also drew clothes that I really want! What do you think of the tights on the fourth model? I'm thinking of drawing it bigger and sending it to Henry Holland or someone. HA.

03: I bought these wedges weeeeks ago for Eid. They were literally an impulse buy! I saw them in store marked down to £20 from £40 and just snapped them up. They are gorgeous. Unfortunately they don't have a platform and I made the stupid mistake of wearing them to London for my friend's birthday. They're easy to walk in but still have all the pain of a high stiletto. Great. On top of that I missed my coach, walked around bare foot for a while, had to wait for my dad who came all the way to East Ham to pick me up. I felt so grateful until I got in the car and found my whole family who had taken the oppurtunity to go out for dinner. Charming right? So they came back for me? Oh no. More for the food.

04: I finally got a new hairdryer! It's awesome and makes my hair super soft and light! Only £9.99 in TKMaxx and its by Corioliss (or something..). Also go out and buy Marie Claire and get a free Ciate Polish. I am in serious love with the shape of the bottle and the colour and the formula. Only pet peeve is that without a base coat it starts peeling off after a few days buy whateverrrrr.

05: Am in LOVE with Mr Kate jewellery. I wishhhh I had money to just blow on their gorgeous bark knuckle rings and their love loop necklace. I might seriously save up for the love loop necklace because I love ittt. It also inspired me to get back into making jewellery so my next post may be a DIY post to show you what I've made ;D Any of you guys loving the Mr Kate jewellery?

06: I am in serious need of boots. Recommend me some please? Also I want to buy a new coat (loving this Burberry inspired one at Miss Selfridge) and jump on the trousers trend. I'm loving these Peach Trousers over at Miss Selfridge and these Gap Pleat Front Peg Leg Trousers over at ASOS. I haven't tried any of these peg leg trend trousers on and I hate my thighs, would you say they're thigh hiders or exposers?! I don't want to draw MORE attention to them you know?

07: I'm going to India next Friday! I'm quite excited to get away from this crappy weather and unwind at my house in India. I've promised myself the first thing I'll do is do all my homework and my Extended Project essay. Then I will relax! Hopefully my dad will fulfill my wish of an early xmas present (CAMERA) so that I can take loads of OUTFIT snaps and just snaps in India in general! I'd love to show you guys the clothes, culture and jewellery over there. How does that sound? :D

RIVER ISLAND STRIKES AGAIN.

Remember that bracelet I showed you guys I found at Cartier?
I seriously fell in love with this but of course Cartier is a very high-end brand and very expensive. So as I was toddling around River Island my eyes fell on this beauty:
This is in-store (or online at http://riverisland.co.uk) for £19.99, so basically a bargain in comparison. I can't WAIT to pick this up!
They also have a ring:
Pretty right? Any of you gonna pick it up?
I'm going to post my la semaine tomorrow! :S Hope you guys don't mind. Leave me some love down below?
xoxo
