The LOVELY Katy asked me to be in her "How We Wear" feature and this week was clashing prints. I decided to whip out this skirt again and then paired this tie-dye tee with it. I love this shirt, it's my favourite piece. The prints don't really clash but they don't really work together anyway. However I tell myself that that is the beauty of it.

I've already expressed my love for this bag - it has to be my favourite by far! I may do a bag collection post because they are my favourite things to buy! Would you guys like to see that?

I bought this dress on eBay because it looked a lot like the zara one I wanted. I really want to buy the black version too now! The quality is okay, nothing amazing but I love the asymmetric hem! I wore it really casual with leggings (the angle of the camera makes the dress look weird - sorry).

I won't be blogging for a few days as I'm going to London! I will schedule a post for Friday however sooooooooo yeah. Have a good few days! I feel really bad as I haven't gone to the gym today. Anyone else get this guilt? I just don't feel like going :-( silly me.

What's In My Bag

I just felt like showing off my new baby. I love this bag so much. I spotted it in TK Maxx, reduced to £18 and had to have it! It looks so expensive and designer and reminds me of a zara bag that I really wanted but was out of my price range. What do you think of it?

I find this jumper so hard to photograph. I always look pregnant in the photos for whatever reason. I firmly believe that high collars just don't suit me but I went with it anyway. I felt like dressing up and this is quite dressed up for me. I love the skirt! I actually bought an identical one from topshop but returned it because it was a weird length. This one was £10 cheaper at £6 and fits a lot better! I really love it.

I am so excited to shop the sales. Not that I have much money but still! EXCITED all the same. This week is going to be very expensive as I'm going to London for 3 days and then Thorpe park on Thursday. Not the best week for my bank unfortunately!

You're probably thinking "holy hell what a clash..." and yet I kind of like the horrific clash of colours and prints! I scored this skirt on eBay for 99p. I remember seeing it in Topshop a LONG time ago and wanting it but never got my hands on it. It's a strange shape, if you don't have hips or a bum it's very good for you. It's probably not very flattering on me but I really like the pattern. It's also shamefully short which happens to me a lot for whatever reason. I don't even have long legs!

I had a really nice few days with some friends, we went to the beach and just relaxed. It was so lovely to catch up and enjoy the weather. I also got my late birthday present, a kindle! Recommend any free books please? I'm a bit of a cheapskate so if there's any kindle secrets you know- please share!

I can't believe in exactly a month I will in India. Where has the time gone?!

The "Carrie" Necklace

You'll be shocked to know that I haven't properly watched Sex and The City. It seems right up my street though and I really should sit down and watch it all. However I am familiar with Carrie's famous necklace. I've wanted one with my name for a long time so when the lovely people over at Name Necklace contacted me I was excited to choose this one!

They're a dutch brand and I was surprised how quickly it was done! In 11 days I got my necklace which I thought was pretty impressive. The necklace is beautiful and very good quality. I chose the one with the tiny diamante and also an extra long chain. I've had so many compliments already!

The silver necklace is £33 and is high quality sterling silver. I really want to save up for a gold one which is made with 14 carat gold, it looks beautiful!

Overall I really recommend the brand as they're very good for the price! They have other customisable pendants and jewellery on their website so be sure to check them out. They also have a facebook and twitter!

How cute is my necklace? It arrived in the post today! I'll do a proper post on it soon so look out for that! I haven't worn this top in SO long! It used to be a staple. I love wearing it as I feel like I can move freely, does anyone else get that with bodysuits haha?

Today I've eaten quite healthy. I ate SO badly yesterday, seriously so much junk. Thankfully today has been good - let's hope I keep it up! Hope you're all well!

057: la semaine

001: I haven't done one of these in like two months! BAD ME! It's genuinely because my weeks have been boring. However I'm enjoying updating my blog everyday. I wish I could do an outfit a day, and while I do sometimes I can't do it for a whole week or month for example because some days I literally spend the whole day in pyjamas. No shame here. I may change into gym clothes for an hour or two but otherwise I wear pjs a LOT.

002: SO I had my first driving lesson today and I was terrified but it was actually fun! I am slightly terrible at the moment (my steering is hilarious) but I'm getting the hang of it. On top of that I got the best instructor ever who actually doesn't count the chit-chats in the hour lessons we have and even gave me a free lesson for my birthday. I can't wait to learn more!

003: Hope you enjoy my very strange picture above. I'm not photogenic but I have a knack for taking hilariously weird photos like that! I'm excited for the next few weeks to just hang with friends and stuff. ALSO I'm selling two dresses on eBay here so check them out! And I'm still offering blog designs so feel free to contact me.

Pretty depressing, dark outfit! I threw on this vest again, I really like it! I'm so excited for A/W especially after seeing Primark's lookbook. Who else is praying to the shopping gods that they'll find that khaki jacket with the leather sleeves? I must get my mitts on it! I know people look down on Primark but honestly they're nothing like they used to be. I rarely look at brand names - if I like something, I buy it!

Anyway, enough ranting - hope you're all well! I've been so tired recently, not sure why! I feel like I need a kick start. Hopefully I'll perk up soon.

My friend gave me this skirt as she doesn't wear it and I actually really love it! The colours make it really easy to wear with anything. We also bought these hilarious sunglasses from Primark which I secretly really love...

I did the level 1 of the 30 day shred the other day and absolutely loved it! I found it doable but such a great workout. Jillian really keeps you motivated and her constant talking and explanation help pass the time. At around 15 or 20 mins I just got this huge burst of energy and it didn't even feel hard! At the end I felt cool and normal but I was dripping with sweat (I absolutely hate sweating, I was mortified). I can't wait to keep doing this, I will keep you all updated! If you want to try it out you can watch it here. It may be kind of difficult for beginners as it is a 30 minute non-stop workout but keep at it!

I also found out I won a pair of tickets to the Lucozade Revive Christian Louboutin Exhibition at the Design Museum! I'm going on the 27th and I'm excited! YAY!

1) I've wanted this for SO long. Why am I finding it so difficult to just throw down 20 quid at the boots counter and getting it? I'll be honest, only the buffing brush and contour brush excite me. Why couldn't they sell it separately?!

2) I'm looking for a new foundation and this seems perfect for me. I like to have a light base and then just conceal what I need to but right now I'd love to just slap a base and be done with it. This sounds like just what I need, light-weight but offers coverage. Anyone use this?

3) If it the price wasn't so extortionate I would snap these up in a heartbeat. Glitter and a reasonable heel-height? It's made for me!

4) I love the black face for this, so different to all the other Michael Kors copycats. And it's a bit of a bargain price too! The River Island rose gold watch is beautiful too for anyone wondering!

5) You all know how much I love my shoulder details and this top is just perfect. Shame I don't get my arms out but I still kind of want this. It's pretty reasonably priced too. It looks much nicer on from what I've seen!

6) I don't have any BRIGHT tops. This just screams "look at me!" but I want it nevertheless. I think the colour would look good with my skintone. I think it's so overpriced though :/

I've wanted ~that Zara studded blouse for ages but just didn't want to splurge £40 on it. However I found this eBay one on Kate's blog and ordered it. It came in around 8 days which is amazing as it's from China. Usually they take like 3 weeks! It's amazing quality, the studs feel heavy and good quality and it just looks and feels just like the Zara one! Only difference is that this one is £14. WOO!

It's such an easy piece, you don't need to accessorise really. I think I'll be wearing this a lot! The rest of the outfit is very plain and boring (standard). I've been very "less-is-more" recently whereas before I was always overdressed and over-accessorized haha.

Not much has been happening, I will be starting driving lessons soon (FINALLY) which I'm really nervous about! Hopefully I'll be okay! I've wanted to drive for so long!
